The Craggy Range’s Whitefish Mountain Resort (WMR) 2025/26 Season Pass Giveaway will begin at 3:00 PM MDT on Saturday, April 5th, 2025, will close at 8:00 PM MDT and is located 10 Central Avenue, Whitefish, MT 59937. Participants must be 21 or older to enter. Participants can enter by filling out an entry form and placing it in the designated box. Only one entry per person is allowed. No purchase is necessary to participate. The winner will be drawn at random and announced outside on the patio after the distribution period ends. Participants must be present to win. If the selected winner is not present at the time of the drawing or does not physically claim the prize within 5 minutes of being announced, a new winner will be drawn until a present participant is confirmed.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States where permitted by law. Employees of GRG-affiliated companies and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win. A valid government-issued ID will be required to confirm eligibility before the prize is awarded.
Prize and Taxes: The WMR 2025/26 Season Pass has an ARV of $780. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with the prize. Prize is non-transferable. No cash redemption or substitution is permitted.
Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, the winner grants Craggy Range permission to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Liability and Release: By participating, entrants release The Craggy Range and its affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.
Force Majeure: Craggy Range reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government action, or technical failures.
Void Where Prohibited: This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
Privacy: Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the sweepstakes and will not be shared with third parties.
Agreement to Terms: By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions. This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with Whitefish Mountain Resort, its partners, or any associated entities.
